Book of Revenues and Expenses

The book of revenues and expenses is a register used for keeping business transactions in a simplified form. When using this simplified form, we keep records of all the  sales, purchase of commercial goods and materials, the purchase of services, remuneration and all other expenses related to running a business.

Who is obliged to keep the books of revenues and expenses:

natural persons who achieve income from non-agricultural business activity and as a form of income taxation chose general principles or a flat tax,
general partnerships of natural persons, civil partnerships of natural persons, partner companies,

whose net revenues from the sale of goods, products and financial operations for the previous financial year did not exceed the equivalent in Polish currency of EUR 2,000,000. After exceeding this limit, these entities are obliged to keep accounting books.
